Advisable etiquette when conducting trades

Although following is not strictly enforced, but for benefits of everyone in Ro-Guardian.NET, please follow.

Indicate clearly when trade is completed. If the trade in that topic is completed, users are adviced to close or edit the topic title to indicate that the trade is completed. This way, such unused topic may be subjected to trashed so people can browse with greater ease.

Don't sell for your friends. It is advised that members should avoid selling on behalf of a friend or buying from someone as such. The reason is because if something goes wrong, the person responsible will not be the friend but yourself (seller) and this may very well get you into alot of trouble as you are the middle person. Please be reminded also if you are selling on behalf of your friend and if something goes wrong, you will be held responsible and you will need to answer all of the questions.

Remember to keep your topic active. It is your own responsibility to maintain your topics for as of the date of this topic is created, all topics which are idle past 15 days may subjected to trash. You are given permission to bump your topic once per 24 hours to keep it alive. No reasoning will be given as to why it was deleted as it's stated clearly here.

Don't bump for your friends. If your friend has no time to bump their own topic, that means your friend will also has no time to deal with the trades. So, there is no point bumping it.

Don't chat in marketing and trading topics. Chatting will not only disturb the trade which is in progress, but also unfair to other sellers as your topic will keep getting bumped to the top. If you want to chat, go to Community Chat or use the PM system.
