I just want to try fire up the board so, please do introduce yourself, regardless old birds or new comers.  When did you start playing RO? Are you still playing RO? If so, which server? Character name? Your favorite profession? Guild? Gathering spot? What is the best moment of yours in RO? Any interesting happened in RO that you can relate it to your real life, gathering and outings, perhaps? You play any private server? (Please don't disclose the private server name.) If so, mind to make a brief comparison between official and private server of their pros and cons? Anyway, this topic is not only for you to introduce yourself, chat is also very welcomed here.

When did you start playing RO? : when Iris server started... Are you still playing RO? : not really... If so, which server? : Sara... Character name? : -{ Ikari }- Your favorite profession? : High Priest,Super Novice and Sniper Guild? : nope since i dun have time to WOE... Gathering spot? : nope since last time always play together with real life fren... What is the best moment of yours in RO? : lvling up with a huge bunch of fren with totally no bot... Any interesting happened in RO that you can relate it to your real life, gathering and outings, perhaps? : so sad,no woh... You play any private server? (Please don't disclose the private server name.) : nope,too lazy to play on9 game nowadays since most of money went to other hobbies... T_T If so, mind to make a brief comparison between official and private server of their pros and cons? : base on old experience,official lvl very hard(during the time bot=ban for sure) but much enjoyable since we work hard to get watever we wan... p.server,lvl so easy,item so easy to get,some server have those nonsense items so it bcome like nth to do in the game... |

(Please don't disclose the private server name.) - used to, now stil on & off If so, mind to make a brief comparison between official and private server of their pros and cons? - main difference: mechanics, unless they use Aegis server, which was the leaked official server program during... ep10 i think - most of you guys probably wont care about this, anyway XD - but for a person who like to try weird stuffs(ie: me), tht kills - eg: sin's poison react n venom splasher not working properly, hunter's claymore/blast mine trap not working properly, wiz's icewall/firewall/stormgust not working properly, etc - not working properly as in, stuffs u can do in the official server(like icewall lock), u cant do it in the private server cz of... technical difficulties? XD;; - other than that... private servers normally doesnt last long? and they tend to went imbalance later on, most of them

When did you start playing RO? Year 2004, when I was form 1, play was because affected by friends. Are you still playing RO? Yes, I am still playing, even all of my real life friends quitted few years ago. Which server? Last time with friend was Iris 1 but now is Prontera Free Server. Character name? Main is GreenGoblin Your favorite profession? Like the most is assassin class and others i like too. Guild? AP > AC > KOS > AC > KOS > LDO > SOS > Revival > LDO > GC > ?? But I hope I will have a guild that I can stay forever, keep changing guild like not so fun. Gathering spot? Mostly at payon middle or bottm. Was Alberta 11 o' clock. Both are in Prontera Free Server. Iris 1 was Prt_fild08, upper side. What is the best moment of yours in RO? The best moments was: - Having my 1st 2nd transcedented class character. - Get a castle by me alone. - Hand leveling with friend, but a few time only. Looking for more. - Others I can't recall now. Any interesting happened in RO that you can relate it to your real life, gathering and outings, perhaps? Many times gathering but I failed to go, since too young, now I may able to attend. You play any private server? Yes, joined few prviate server, but was bored after 2 months. I remember that the server was organize guildmate, that will not be bored since everyone know each other and can have a team work easily and fun too. Private server's pros, easy to kill people with your easy equipments and cons is too easy to leveling will feel nothing to do after mastered everything. I first played RO when I was in form 4.....it was year 2003 back then August ???.. beta Chaos server [quited] ...go to ldiya[played for 1 month xD ] Are you still playing RO? Yes !playing alone all my real life frens quited shortly after gameflier introduced the payment system xD. If so, which server? PRONTERA SERVER [f2p] Character name? main : Cuyie,Kayko....... What is the best moment of yours in RO ? currently i have 2 level 99 chars on Official Server [anyway these's my 1st 99 chars on Official Servers ] Any interesting happened in RO that you can relate it to your real life, gathering and outings, perhaps? Actually i played RO At cc , i met alot of Uncles at ages 30~50++ playing RO xD, my life playing on Official Server is not Fun compared to Private servers . at offical server i Usually go Leveling,MVP with my frens [got scamed few times haiz damn bored wasted RM playing Official ro that time ] ,by the way chaos server is really really hard to connect from my CC !! that server IS so damn Laggy at 1pm~7pm !so you knw la......................... i played Private server since end of 2004 !! i still remember one of my place cc got raid by unknown group [Maybe is gameflier agents xD they sticked a paper infront the mirror says if you found anyone promoting or ....private server please make reports /call them..... since that day that cc wont allow us to download or install PS clients there... so i changed cc ..these cc is the koolest cc, mostly gangsters & many old Uncles goes there xD ... i found out that these cc is more WOW then my 1st CC these CC promoted private servers like hell [ So many private servers stuff at [ MRO,KRO,IRO FOLDERs ] they even teach u how to installed , update private servers & choose which server to play...... since that day i met alot of new frens,Uncles ,[ NO GIRLS SWT!!! ]..............well i quited playing private servers since gamefliers intro f2p server You play any private server? (Please don't disclose the private server name.) If so, mind to make a brief comparison between official and private server of their pros and cons? yea , more then 50 servers [ overseas and malaysia servers ] +++ . Official server usually Hard to lvling compared to PS.On PS you can create more then 1 chars at 1 time ,easy lvling .....easy to know which is the strongest or weakest Hero in RO.....can Test almost all jobs skills..............................the bad about private servers it's not ballance , to many costume made items ,changed NPCs,Maps view ....i totally hate these changes in PS sorry english sucks xD Edited by Cuyie, 23 Nov 2009, 06:31 PM.

I actually stumbled upon this forum when ima lurking in payon when i saw this weird but epic 'signboard' thus here i am When did you start playing RO? 2007 after i heard theres officially a 'free' server Are you still playing RO? I think it should be my turn to do my part in this topic since ro-guardian.net has been very helpful to me by providing me a ragnarok forum platform which helps me alot in my ro-transactions since many years ago till now. As an appreciation to ro-guardian.net, I would be willing to disclose all my details below sincerely. Sorry for the long-winded story though due to my passion in writing my grandmother's story. Lastly, may Ro-guardian.net get merrier and merrier again. When did you start playing RO? About this, I vividly remember that I started playing Ragnarok Online probably in the year of 2003, yups that was when I'm still in secondary 3. I still remembered that I was introduced to RO by my real-life frens. The server I played is known as Odin, the God of Norse myth. Although, I am a latecomer in RO, I still outlasted each n everyone them in Ro-life. Kinda proud of it, XD. I tried switching to other games but none of them seems attractive enuf to me. Therefore, I'm kinda stuck with RO as my only MMORPG game 4ever. I even tried to quit RO-ing. Unfortunately, many of my in-game frens persuaded me to stay on. Currently, I've reached an agreement with myself that, if there is a broadband line, then there will be RO for me. Hopefully, I can still continue RO-ing during my studies in IMU. Lately, my heartfelt feelings longed to play RO2SEA though, but it seems like a false hope to me. haizz Are you still playing RO? Yea, I am still RO-ing. However, most of the time the androids are doing their stuff for my part . I, personally only active in forums as well as doing my ro-transactions in-game if needed. Sometimes, I do be lending a helping hand to my guildmates during War of Empirium.If so, which server? I've played in Odin server for quite a long time since year 2003 until it collapsed. When the servers merge, I was transferred to Aegir server. I continued RO-ing in Aegir till it drop dead again. Then, it comes SARA server which ended up like Nifheilm town. Finally, I am landed in PRONTERA server because it is FREE OF MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION FEE. HELL YEA!! Character name? *~SoulRider~*,*~SoulBrewer~*,*~SoulCaster~*,*~SoulAvenger~*,*~SoulCrafter~*,*~SoulStrafer~* and many more... Your favorite profession? I'll post my ranking for different classes out here: 1. Lord Knight - I'm not sure why, everytime I played MMORPG games i surely use this class. Maybe, this is da easiest class to use gua 2. Paladin - I love this class in RO due to its cool appearance compared to other classes. They look so mighty and hard with silver those plated armour.  3. Creator - I'm only attracted to the massive damage this classes can dish out. OWNAGE!!  Guild? Praetorians> Emblazon > 7th Heavens > Final Legacy > Forsaken Legion > KAMI™ > Revenge of Guardian & Valkyrie Gathering spot? Payon of course, the liveliest town in PRONTERA server.
