Agreements

Definitions:

Ro-Guardian.NET means all services provided or made available through Ro-Guardian.NET, including the forums.
Ro-Guardian.NET Team means the management of Ro-Guardian.NET, including the forums administration which consists of administrators and moderators.
BB means the Bulletin Board or forums of Ro-Guardian.NET.
Content means messages, information, data, news, files including but not limited to musics, videos, software made available through any of the services provided by Ro-Guardian.NET.

Content of Agreements:

Each time you use or cause access to Ro-Guardian.NET, you agree to be bound by these agreements, and as amended from time to time with or without prior notice.

Ro-Guardian.NET are on an as is basis.
You agree that the Ro-Guardian.NET Team reserves the rights, and may modify or discontinue any of the services or delete the data that has been uploaded to Ro-Guardian.NET, whether temporarily or permanently, at any time, for any reason including none and with or without prior notice.
The Administration shall have no responsibility or liability for the timeliness, deletion, failure to store, inaccuracy, or improper delivery of any Content to you.

In order to use this BB, you must register an account, and agree to provide truthful information when requested.
When registering, you agree to these agreements which may be modified by Ro-Guardian.NET Team that are available here at any time for any reason.

You are responsible to maintain the confidentiality of your password and shall be responsible for all uses via your registration, whether it is under your authorization or not.
You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use or your registration.

You agree that all Content provided through Ro-Guardian.NET directly or indirectly, shall be the sole responsibility of the person providing the content or the person whose user account is used.
You agree that Ro-Guardian.NET may expose you to content that may be objectionable or offensive.
Ro-Guardian.NET Team shall not be responsible to you in any way for the content that appears on this web site nor for any error or omission.

While using Ro-Guardian.NET, you agree that you shall not:

1. Provide any Content or perform any conduct that may be threatening, harmful, abusive, harassing, stalking, tortious, defamatory, libelous, vulgar, obscene, offensive, objectionable, pornographic, designed to or does interfere or interrupt Ro-Guardian.NET, infected with a virus or other destructive or deleterious programming routine, give rise to civil or criminal liability, or which may violate an applicable local, national or international law;
2. Impersonate or misrepresent your association with any person or entity, or forge or otherwise seek to conceal or misrepresent the origin of any content provided by you;
3. Collect or harvest any data about other users;
4. Provide or use Ro-Guardian.NET in any commercial manner or in any manner that would involve junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any other form of unauthorized advertising without our prior written consent.

By providing any Content to Ro-Guardian.NET:

1. You agree to grant to us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive right and license (including any moral rights or other necessary rights) to use, display, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, perform, promote, archive, translate, and to create derivative works and compilations, in whole or in part. Such license will apply with respect to any form, media, technology known or later developed;
2. You warrant and represent that you have all legal, moral, and other rights that may be necessary to grant us with the license;
3. You acknowledge and agree that Ro-Guardian.NET shall have the right, but not obligation, in our sole discretion, to refuse to publish or to remove or block access to any Content you provide at any time, for any reason including none and with or without prior notice.

You understand and agree that your use of Ro-Guardian.NET are provided to you at your own risk.
Ro-Guardian.NET are provided to you as is and we expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, implied or express.
Ro-Guardian.NET Team make no warranty that any part of this service will be uninterrupted, error-free, virus-free, timely, secure, accurate, reliable, or any quality, nor that any content is safe in any manner for download.
You understand and agree that neither Ro-Guardian.NET Team nor any entity involved with Ro-Guardian.NET provides professional advise of any kind and that use of such advise or any other information is solely at your own risk and without our liability of any kind.

You understand and agree, through your use of Ro-Guardian.NET, you will not post any Content which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violative of any law.
You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or by Ro-Guardian.NET.

While you are using Ro-Guardian.NET, you accept that you are a guest on a private system.
Therefore, you understand that your access to Ro-Guardian.NET provided is your privileges but not rights.
Consequently, you accept that Ro-Guardian.NET Team reserves the right to block or deny anyone from accessing Ro-Guardian.NET at any time, for any reason including none and with or without prior notice.
In addition, you will be subject to the Rules & Regulations or guidelines applicable to the services you may be using.

If you have read, understood and agree to these rules and conditions, you may enter or continue to use Ro-Guardian.NET.
If you disagree, please leave Ro-Guardian.NET immediately.
